Part of stables complex?

It is difficult to reconcile the entrances in this insula with the plans as the entrances onto Via Nola have been filled in or are unexcavated.

The entrance of the rear back room can just be seen (filled in) between two areas of wall.

III.11.3 is also in this picture, on the right, as the dividing wall has collapsed and been removed.
