VIII.6.6 Pompeii. Plaster cast of body, identified as body number 12, recovered on 28th December 1882.

This is now on display in the Macellum at VII.9.7.

The location was given as south-west corner of the garden in VIII.6.5 (? VIII.6.6).

He was found four metres above the ground level, on top of the lapilli.

He was carrying two keys.

VIII.6.6 Pompeii. Undated postcard.

Plaster cast of body, identified as body number 12, recovered on 28th December 1882.

He was found lying on his back, wearing a large belt.

This plaster cast is now on display in the Macellum at VII.9.7, see above for description.

However in this photo he would have been seen in the Antiquarium.
