According to Sogliano, found in the second cubiculum on
the left side of the peristyle, was the Genio Familiare.
See Sogliano,
A., 1879. Le pitture murali campane scoverte negli anni 1867-79. Napoli:
(p.10, no.11)
According to Boyce, on
the east wall of the cubiculum was a lararium painting, the upper part had
fallen.
From a branch of the
tree hung a head of a stag.
On the left of the
tree, the figure of a small Genius is found, holding in his left, together with
the usual cornucopia, a rudder which rested upon a green globe at his feet.
To the left was a
small altar, with the serpent gliding towards it. Further to left, was a huge
tripod.
On the right stood a
male figure, nude except for a green cloak, in his left he held two long spears
or poles.
See Boyce G. K., 1937.
